1. The above quotation is based on our current understanding of the project and will be valid for 30 days. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at 15%
2. For websites, domains, and search engine optimisation setup costs our payment terms are 30% of total project value paid on order. We will invoice 50% on completion of website build or project set-up and 20% upon sign-off. Payment terms are strictly 30 days form the date of invoice. We ask new customers to pay 50% of total project cost on first order and the remaining 30% will be invoiced at first draft stage and 20% upon sign off of the project.
3. The hosting charge will begin on completion of the first draft of the website (50%). Subsequent yearly hosting charges to be paid a year in advance. Hosting includes provision of Google analytics, ongoing technical support, and provision of a secure server for the website. Technical support will not be provided (unless otherwise agreed) if your website is hosted by another party.
4. Domain renewal, where applicable, charged at £25.00 per domain per annum.
5. Monthly SEO and/or PPC is invoiced on the 20th of each month and to be paid 3 months in advance. A six-month commitment is required at the start of an online marketing project. After the initial six-month period you can cancel your SEO and/or PPC activity but you must give Metafocus one full months notice.
6. As part of the SEO set-up we will submit your website to 200 web directories although we use reliable and recognised directories we cannot guarantee inclusion in all of them. Invoicing for this service is included in SEO set-up at the time of directory submission rather than directory listing
7. Website quotations are based on the specified number of website pages and number of hours content input indicated. A charge of £80 an hour will be made for work done, should the number of pages or hours quoted for be exceeded. Charges for our web manager content management system are for the licence to use this system on our server on an ongoing basis. The cost of the website does not give the client the ownership of this software and it can only be used on our server.
8. Website quotations assume one set of changes after the original website build, further changes are chargeable. Minor text changes, such as address/telephone number alterations are free of charge. All other design and programming changes are charged at £80 +VAT per hour, or by quotation.  There is a minimum charge of £20.
9. Metafocus will design a website to fit a 1024x768 screen so 86% of browsers will view the website perfectly and when viewed outside common sizes the website will still keep its design integrity.

10. We reserve the right to apply the following additional charges. Prices shown are subject to change without notice and exclude VAT @ 15%.
    • Stock photography costs by quotation, minimum charge £25.00 per photograph.
    • Design or artwork quotes include the cost of one set of colour prints. Additional colour prints will be charged as follows:
